Just for Inspiration

market

Does this image excite you?  It does me.

I love the commingling of vibrant  colors, textures and herbaceous fragrance only found in a good ole-fashioned farmers market where fresh fruits, herbs and vegetables are bountiful, and the place is alive with happy foodies in search of a specific organic ingredient. .

Now imagine such a market was nearby . Better yet, walking distance from home? Would you frequent such a place on a regular basis?  Would it be your very first stop  on every grocery shopping trip?  If not, it should be.    Because whole foods (such as those grown from the earth) are life’s true staples. The way it was intended.  Who needs a BIGGER food pantry with all this goodness at your avail?

Would you be inspired to take a cooking class?   Reimagine your next home garden?  Or even add more color to your plate?

If so GREAT!  You’ve been inspired.  You’re welcome!  😉

It’s all part of a healthier lifestyle which is still attainable through quality nutrition,  exercise, and personal fulfillment. Improved OVERALL health being the prize.

Who knew you could find all that at a farmers market. 😀

“More trips to the farmers market, mean less trips to the pharmacy over time”.
